When i try to connect to the twitch website, the connection always times out. I have tried on chrome, firefox, and IE, switched to google public dns, and contacted my isp who claim that they have no block on any websites. Pinging twitch.tv results in a request timeout with 100% packet loss, and trace route times out after the 7th hop.
